At first I did not like that the seventh floor is closed , it is very bad , as people smoke is not convenient to hang around in the street when passing by you the residents of the hotel are second in my room shower is broken, fix this 109 room . More very cold air is blowing very strongly . Every time I turn it off as hot air was not , I lived in a two Axel hotel Barcelona and everything was fine , I did not like that there is no bathrobes and Slippers is very bad .

Room and bathroom were very clean and towels had been changed daily I asked for an extra pillow but surprisingly they didn't have any, they complied with my request giving me a bathrobe to put under my pillow.
