<p>2.2. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email or other communication means.</p>

<p>3. Payment</p>

<p>3.1. A payment in advance is required at the time of the booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed.</p>

<p>3.2. Payments can be completed by card.</p>

<p>3.3. Failure to pay the amount agreed may result in the cancellation of your booking.</p>

<p>4. Cancellation and Refund Policy</p>

<p>4.1. The free cancellation period and eligibility for a full refund are determined by the specific terms of each individual booking.</p>

<p>4.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside the applicable free cancellation period, as defined in the booking terms.</p>

<p>4.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation and are subject to any bank fees that may be charged for the transfers of the amount.</p>

<p>5.1. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.</p>

<p>6.1. Please respect the arrival and departure times stated in the email.</p>

<p>6.3. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.</p>
