If you have to cancel your holiday, the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. In the period between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. If you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival or do not arrive, the entire booking amount must be paid. You can avoid the cancellation fees if you take out travel insurance. We recommend taking out our HR travel insurance (€10 per night and room). HR travel insurance applies if a person is unable to travel due to illness/serious accident, if a first-degree family member is hospitalised due to a sudden emergency, if there is a sudden death in the family, if there is major damage to property (e.g. house fire) and attendance is required. In the event of damage, we reserve the right to request confirmation in the form of a medical certificate or from a public authority. In the event of late arrival or early departure, our HR travel insurance cannot be claimed.
