Самое главное преимущество этого отеля - удобное место расположение. Отель находится в 5 мин. ходьбы от центральной площади Sol, а также других достопримечательностей - музей Прадо, парк Ретиро, вокзала Аточа и др. Отель весьма красив снаружи, но требует легкого косметического ремонта в номерах. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, дали возможность выбрать номер из имеющихся свободных. Завтраки однообразные, но вкусные - всегда свежие фрукты, хотя мы были зимой. В целом мы довольны отелем! Плохая шумоизоляция, слышно соседей по номеру, стук каблуков в коридоре, пожалуй, это единственный недостаток.

Великолепный отель с прекрасно спланированными номерами. Есть русскоязычные каналы, немного сложная система доступа к бесплатному vi-fi. Завтраки - божественные - с отличным обслуживанием и прекрасным набором продуктов (особенно радовала спелая сладкая клубника). Расположение отеля идеально для экскурсий по Мадриду: в 5 минутах от музея Прадо, в 15 минутах от Плаза Майор. Хороший бар. В двух шагах от отеля прекрасный ресторан El Rincon del Prado.
