Please inform Vistamar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Towel change only for guests staying 5 nights or longer After every 7 nights bed linens will be changed. Please note that key collection takes place between 13:00 to 18:00. Later arrival is possible only on request. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Most of our 2-bedroom-apartments are in the two houses which are not directly at the pool. Charging an electric car costs 0,40 € per kWh and it is possible up to 10 kW. Please inform us before arrival if you need this service. A plot of land next to the two-bedroom apartments is currently being developed (as of Dec. 2021) and a single-family house will then be built on. Construction noise can probably occur between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The construction site does not affect the panoramic view of the sea. We strongly recommed to hire a car before coming to Vistamar as our location is on a slope and the next bus stop is far away
