Персонал вышколенный. Все хотят помочь. Правда, не всегда у них получается. Один раз заказанную воду так и не принесли. В другой день в полночь принесли заказанный кем-то ужин и ломились в дверь несмотря на табличку "не беспокоить". Живешь, как в музее. На первый взгляд красиво. Особенно коридоры, ресторан и бар. Но затем понимаешь, что этому музею в части номерного фонда нужна перестройка и работа дизайнера. Если бы не старинные картины и мебель, - три или четыре звезды, не более. Думаю, в Ницце есть варианты лучше.

Отель традиционно порадовал своим отношением к постояльцам, вниманием и уровнем сервиса Некоторые неудобства были связаны с ведущийся в отеле ремонтом
