Аккуратность, внимательность персонала, неплохие завтраки, расположен в тихой и зеленой зоне Мюнхена 1) значительная удаленность от центра, фактически в пригороде, в связи с этим до метро и супермаркетов добираться далеко
2) бесплатный интернет только в лобби
