The hotel has good amenities with swimming pool and spa. The beds are comfortable, although bathrooms are way smaller than in the photos of the website. The five star hotel seems more to be like 3 todays 3-4 star hotel. The staff was pretty helpful, but could smile more and be more cheerful especially the ladies responsible for breakfast service. One of the staff at the counter gave us a wrong room key, which us understandable but hotel could have provided complementary drink or something similar for the inconvenience they caused.

Staff members are very welcoming and professional. I really enjoyed the spa and it was not crowded. The location is quite nice too, there is a bus stop nearby. The room was always cleaned in time -
