The reception is open
from September to June: from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM and from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM;
From July to August: from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, except Saturdays and Sundays, when the reception is open from 08:30 AM to 07:00 PM.
It is possible to arrive after the reception closes. To transfer the keys, guests must contact the security staff and complete the registration the next morning.
If the number of people staying in the room exceeds its capacity, an additional fee of EUR 100.00 per guest will be charged.
Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen takes place once a week, except Sundays and public holidays.
