All guests will be asked to present a valid credit card upon check-in, which will be linked to their reservation. This process allows for a smoother and safer management of any incidental charges or loaned items (such as towel cards, kettles, and other amenities), removing the need for cash deposits.
In exceptional cases where the guest cannot or does not wish to provide a credit card, and the stay has been fully prepaid prior to arrival, check-in will still be possible, but access to items subject to deposit will not be available.
As a result of the intense and persistent rainfall experienced during this winter, the surface of the multi-sports court has been affected. For this reason, , this area will remain temporarily out of service.
As a consequence, and until further notice, activities such as basketball, football and tennis will temporarily not be available in this area, and therefore this space will not be included in our entertainment programmes during this period.
Since Easter falls at the end of March, 2026 the hotel be bringing forward the start of the All Inclusive operation to 27 March 2026.

From March 26 to November 14, 2026, the Ukino Terrace reception will be open from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM. During this period, all drop-offs and pick-ups should take place at the Ukino Terrace reception. Outside these hours, drop-offs should be directed to the Ukino Palmeiras reception, exclusively for check-in purposes.
As for pick-ups, even outside Ukino Terrace reception opening hours, these should still take place at the Ukino Terrace reception. In these cases, the key may be left at the door, so that the client does not need to go to the Ukino Palmeiras reception.
From November 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027, the Ukino Terrace reception will operate according to the following schedule:
08:00 AM to 12:00 PM
12:30 PM to 07:00 PM
07:00 PM to 12:00 AM
After midnight, clients should contact the security number displayed on the door for check-in purposes.
During this period, both drop-offs and pick-ups should always take place at the Ukino Terrace reception.
