Touristic city tax: A tax will be applied to guests aged 13 or over as follows (charged directly by the hotel):
a) from November to March: €1.00 per night/person, to a maximum of €7.00 per person per stay
b) from April to October: €2.00 per night/person, to a maximum of €14.00 per person per stay.
Deposit: Upon check-in, a deposit will be requested, which will be used to guarantee the proper use of the accommodation unit in which you will be staying. The amount varies according to the time of year and type of accommodation booked. Upon check-out, this amount will be refunded after checking that the type of accommodation booked has been used correctly.
Housekeeping: Daily cleaning and towels and linen changed every 3 days (except for long stays of 21 nights or more).
Conditions long stay offer: Minimum stays of 7 nights; stays of 21 nights or more have a mandatory 25% payment upon booking confirmation and 75% payment until 30 days prior to arrival; cleaning once a week, change of towels and linen each 3rd day. Cleaning of kitchen is not included (it is on request only at an extra charge).
Pets: Not allowed.
Restaurant closure: Closed from 01.12.26 to 25.02.27 — only SC will be available on these dates.
