Touristic city tax: A tax will be applied to guests aged 16 or over as follows (charged directly by hotel):
a) from November to March: €1.00 per night/person, to a maximum of €5.00 per person per stay
b) from April to October: €2.00 per night/person, to a maximum of €10.00 per person per stay
Added value: Aquashow Water and Theme Park – outdoor:
• Free entrance to outdoor Aquashow Park during the park's open season.
• Indoor water park access is available for an extra charge locally.
Note: If the water park or other area from the hotel must be closed by the Portuguese government or legislation, the booking maintains as contracted. Please note that the entrance for the outdoor water park is a courtesy of the hotel.
Note: The hotel doesn't hold responsibility if the gymnasium or jacuzzi is out of order during the stay.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance from July 29 through August 5, 2026 (inclusive). The maintenance is being carried out to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and comfort. Temporary inconvenience may occur.
Guests have complimentary access to the indoor water park from October 1 to April 30, 2026, under special conditions. From October to April, each night of stay includes one three-hour entry per guest to the indoor water park. Access to the indoor park is limited to one entry per night of stay; access is non-cumulative and non-transferable.
Dates and opening hours for both parks are subject to change; guests are advised to contact the hotel for confirmation.
Bringing food and drinks into the indoor park is not permitted.
Complimentary access does not include the Adventure Circuit or the indoor playground.
The gym is available for guests over 16 years old. The hotel is not responsible for the unavailability of the gym or jacuzzi.
If some facilities (including the parks or other hotel areas) are unavailable due to maintenance or force majeure, reservations remain valid at standard rates and under the usual cancellation policy.
Guests are requested to inform the hotel in advance about the number and ages of children traveling.
Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.
Tourist tax is payable locally at check-in. The city tax applies to adults and children over 16 years of age.
Half board includes dinner without beverages and is served as a buffet or à la carte. Information about the type of meals included in the rate is specified in the rate description.
For early departure, 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
