City tax is charged to guests aged 13 and over.
This property includes free transport between 08:30 AM and 08:00 PM, upon prior reservation. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, all guests are required to present valid identification and a credit card for registration. Guests must sign the check-in form and a security deposit agreement, which covers any potential damage to the unit during their stay. No amount will be charged to the card unless damage occurs. In case of any issues, guests should inform reception immediately. After check-out, we have 48 hours to inspect the accommodation and notify the guest should any charges be applicable. The tourist tax and cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-in.
Guests arriving after 06:00 PM will be greeted by the security guard at the entrance of Palheiro Village, who will be on duty from 06:00 PM to 09:00 AM. The guard will hand over the keys and will forward the guests to their unit. The following day, guests are kindly asked to visit the relevant reception to complete the check-in formalities: Palheiro Village Reception Monday to Friday or Palheiro Golf Reception Weekends and Public Holidays.
Reception opening hours:
From Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM at the Palheiro Village Reception at Palheiro Village, Estrada do Aeroporto 65, São Gonçalo.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays — from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM at the Palheiro Golf Reception.
For arrivals after 06:00 PM and until 02:00 AM — a security guard is on duty at the Palheiro Village entranceto welcome guests and accompany to the unit.
For arrivals after 02:00 AM — the key unit will be placed in the key box located at the entrance of the reserved apartment or villa. Guests must inform the property about the late arrival time in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
If guests wish to use a heated pool for the villa with a pool, there is a weekly supplement of EUR 250.00.
Cleaning fee:
From May 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026:
— One-bedroom room — EUR 90.00 per stay;
— Two-bedroom room — EUR 110.00 per stay;
— Three-bedroom room — EUR 130.00 per stay;
— Three-bedroom villa — EUR 130.00 per stay;
— Three-bedroom villa with pool — EUR 130.00 per stay.
From November 1 2026 to 30th April 2027:
— One-bedroom room — EUR 90.00 per stay;
— Two-bedroom room — EUR 120.00 per stay;
— Three-bedroom room — EUR 145.00 per stay;
Breakfast is taken at the restaurant of Casa Velha do Palheiro or at Vista Balancal Restaurant. Palheiro Village reception will inform the guest upon check in which restaurant breakfast should be served.
Deposit Requested: Maximum amount for each type of unit: One-bedroom room: EUR 250.00 Two-bedroom room: EUR 350.00 Three-bedroom room: EUR 450.00.
Payment Method: Upon arrival, a copy of the credit card shall be taken and only debited should any damage occur whilst in occupancy. With a maximum of 48 hours post check out, should no damage be reported, the credit card shall not be debited.
Check in procedures: cleaning fee tax and tourist tax are mandatory.
